Job Description:
Inkutech is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to clients, ensuring their IT systems are running efficiently. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others with their technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Document all support activities, including issues, solutions, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Educate clients on IT best practices and provide training as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
